Day 01
Arrival –Chidiya Tapu - Cellular Jail Light & Sound Show

Arrival, Meet-Greet with our airport representative, and Transfer to your booked hotel/resort
Evening, visit to historic Cellular Jail followed by Light & Sound Show
Please note, that we will drop the guest at the parking area near the jail and the guest must walk around 200 meters and return after completion of L&S show.
Guests must come out after visiting the jail and re-enter for L&S show, Guests can walk around
the bay side in their free time.
L&S show timing is in between 1800 Hrs.- 1900hrs subject to availability.
The free time between jail visit & L&S show can be utilized in self-exploration of illuminated
Marina Park and Sea Shore area, evenings are pleasant and happening here.

Day 02
Havelock – Visit Radha Nagar Beach

Pick up from the hotel to Port Blair Jetty for your onward journey to Havelock.
If you have a morning ferry, ask the hotel to provide a Packed breakfast (Subject to hotel policy)
Arrival, Meet- Greet by our local representative and transfer to your booked hotel/ Resort.
Afternoon, Visit to Blue Flag certified “Radha Nagar Beach” for swimming and relaxation.
Do not forget to bring changing clothes and a towel.
It’s not permitted to board vehicles with wet clothes, please cooperate.
Make your own choice…. You can opt for Scuba Diving/ Kayaking/ Candid Photography at
additional cost, booking in advance is recommended though our local representative also
can assist you.

Day 03
Havelock – Elephenta Beach

Morning, Breakfast and proceed for “Elephenta Beach” also known as Coral Beach.
Elephant beach is popular for Snorkeling and other water-based activities such as Jet Ski
ride, Banana Ride, and Sea Walk.
Usually, boat operators provide a 5-minute snorkeling experience complimentary, however
the same cannot be guaranteed.
You reach Elephant Beach via a small 11 pax capacity sharing basis boat board at jetty.
Do not forget to carry a water bottle, snacks and changing clothes.
Important: In case Elephant Beach is not operational due to weather conditions OR COVID-19-
19 reasons, we will provide a trip to “Kala Patthar Beach” OR We can refund the applicable
amount.

Havelock - Neil Island - Laxmanpura Beach, Bharatpura Beach & Natural Bridge

Morning, Breakfast & proceed to jetty for onward journey to Neil Island
Arrival, Meet- Greet by our local representative and transfer to your booked hotel/ Resort.
Afternoon, proceed to visit the following places:

Bharatpur Beach: The white sand and shallow water beach is popular for swimming, relaxation,
and water activities such as Snorkeling, Boat diving, and boat tours.
Laxmanpura Beach: The white sand of Coral Beach offers a stunning sunset view.
Natural Bridge: Also known as Howrah Bridge the bridge was naturally formed by corals, its
best seen during the low tide.
Sightseeing will be based on tide and a local representative will brief the final schedule.

Port Blair- Trip to Baratang- Visit to Limestone caves & Mud Volcano

Get up early as your journey to Baratang begins at 0400 am.
Ask your hotel to provide a packed cold breakfast (subject to the hotel’s policy)
You will cover around 100 km journey through dense forest and tribal reserve areas.
You are not allowed to click photograph or deboard the vehicle on the way to the destination.
You will board a shared ferry & speed boat and a 1.5 kms walk to reach Limestone
Caves.
For Mud Volcano, there will be a shared non-AC vehicle and a 500+ meter walk.
We recommend: Please check the health conditions as getting up early in the morning, long
walks, and humid weather conditions can be tiring especially to aged tourists.

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary
  • Seats and Meals are not included in airfare
  • Travel Insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary (Highly recommended by I Need Trip)
  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
  • 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking (We will start booking process after the receipt of the initial payment, until then we are not holding anything & cannot guarantee the availability of the proposed services)
  • Airfare quoted at the time of package creation is subject to change at the time of booking depending on fare fluctuations.
  • We need minimum 72 working hours to reply back on your booking confirmation, if we fail to give you the proposed services then we will provide you similar options or we will refund your received amount.
  • Passport copies of all Guests (front page, address page or any observation page if any) needs to be provided at the time of booking along with the initial payment, if you do not provide the same the booking process will be delayed.
  • Any verbal conversations regarding the Trip/Package will be considered null & void. Only written communications over mail or whatsapp will be accepted.
  • As per the new RBI guidelines, PANCARD IS MANDATORY for every Booking & Travel.
  • 100% payment to be made for Domestic packages 10 days prior to departure date.
  • 100% payment to be made for International packages 15 days prior to departure date.

Travel Vouchers

  • Travel vouchers will be provided within 3 working days of receipt of Final Payment.
  • Travel Itinerary provided at the time of booking is Tentative and final itinerary will be shared on arrival at your destination as it all depends on the final discretion of our local counterpart at that particular destination.

All cancellation and date change of Air tickets is based on the airline policy and will be shared at the time of the requirement.
